DuPage River in Shorewood

East and West Branches plus the main stem, not much to look at sometimes, but an astonishing fishery.

DuPage River in Shorewood

Post by Special Ed »

Saw the flows on the USGS site just now had the Shorewood gauge reading 12k cfs.

Once the clarity returns, I think I'll stick to Lake Michigan the rest of the year.

When I tried to drive through Plainfield Friday morning I was pretty shocked to see how high the Dupe was.

I'm already expecting lackluster fishing on the Fox, history shows that happens after water this high. It will be interesting to see how everyone does this year on the different rivers.
